Online Registration Agreement

By using this online registration process I (hereinafter referred to as "User") hereby consent to the use by Suicide Prevention Services (hereinafter referred to as "SPS") of all information submitted by User for the purpose of donating to SPS (via Paypal) the amount specified in User's pledge.  If User registers as a team captain or team member, User also consents to the use of such information for the purpose of coordinating team efforts for the Event.  User's consent is conditioned upon SPS using all reasonable efforts to protect User's personal information from being distributed to third parties and User acknowledges that information exchanges over the internet cannot be one hundred percent secured.  User agrees that User will hold SPS harmless from any liability in the event of a breach of the security of this website or if User's information is in any way compromised.
